In Exchange you might come across the following: Mail stuck in a specific queue with the following error:

  • 430 4.2.0 STOREDRV; mailbox logon failure

Here are a few things you can look out for and solutions to resolve the above:

  • Check that all Exchange Services are running.
  • If you have any service accounts running on the Exchange Services make sure they are correct. Check the service account passwords.
  • Try restarting the Information Store Service.
  • Try restarting the Hub Transport Server.
